Civic Engagement – Senator Joe Addabbo’s Mobile Office Hour

State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. sets up a mobile office at the Richmond Hill branch to hear directly from Queens residents. The hour‑long session invites community members to discuss local concerns, share ideas, and learn about upcoming legislative initiatives. Library staff provide registration forms and translation assistance, ensuring the event is accessible to all neighborhoods. It’s a rare opportunity for direct civic dialogue in a familiar community space.
