ESOL Peer-to-Peer: ESOL Conversation Circles

Teenagers ages 14‑17 gather at the Cambria Heights branch for a peer‑led English‑for‑Speakers‑of‑Other‑Languages conversation circle. The informal setting encourages participants to practice speaking, share cultural experiences, and build confidence in a supportive group. Facilitators provide topic prompts and language tips, making the hour both educational and socially engaging. This free program reflects QPL’s commitment to empowering young immigrants in Queens.
