Monk Festival: Renee Rosnes Quartet “Monk’s Sphere” – 6:30 PM Show

Pianist Renee Rosnes leads a quartet celebrating Thelonious Monk with her own compositions and fresh arrangements, joined by tenor saxophonist Nicole Glover, bassist David Wong and drummer Carl Allen. The 6:30 PM dinner‑show slot offers a relaxed pre‑curfew vibe, allowing diners to savor a meal while soaking in the modern‑classic sound that echoes mid‑’60s Blue Note recordings. The club’s low‑light setting and attentive audience make it an ideal night for serious jazz lovers in Midtown Manhattan.
