Recovery International Support Group

The Recovery International Support Group meets at Howard Beach Library to provide a confidential space for adults coping with stress, depression, anxiety, or trauma. Facilitated by trained volunteers, the session uses evidence‑based techniques such as cognitive restructuring and peer sharing to promote mental wellness. Participants leave with practical coping tools and a sense of community support.
